Meet Ben...
Ben has been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 years. He conducts classes and workshops around the world for all ages. For several years he taught thousands of passengers on cruise ships. His objective is that, you learn in a just a few hours what often takes years.
Ben began his martial art training in Bujinkan Ninjitsu. Later he traveled to Thailand to train in Thai boxing. One early morning while outside a temple he discovered a group of people playing Tai Chi.
Since then, he has traveled to over 75 countries and 7 continents where he has practiced Tai Chi: in the snow, on top of mountains, on beaches, and in jungles.
Having also studied, yoga, personal training, nutrition and life coaching, Ben’s passion is helping you achieve optimal health.
